Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect as little as possible. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies, and we never sell your data. The details are below.
Who is responsible
The Oh My Park team, operating from Indonesia, is responsible for your personal data on this site. You can reach us at hello@ohmypark.com.
This policy follows Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, known as “UU PDP”). If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have the rights given to you by the GDPR.
What we collect, and what we don't
Oh My Park has no user accounts, comments, sign-up forms, newsletters or advertising. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we never sell or rent personal data.
The only data involved is the technical data needed to deliver the site, anonymous visit statistics, and anything you choose to send us by email. Each is explained below.
Hosting and security
The site is delivered by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you requested and the time of the request.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example to tell people apart from bots. These are not used for advertising or tracking.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service. It doesn't use cookies or local storage, and it doesn't fingerprint visitors.
We only see totals: which pages were viewed, which site sent visitors to us, and visitors' countries and device types. We never see who you are.
Site search
Search on Oh My Park runs entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us.
Data stored in your browser
If you close the booking bar at the bottom of a guide, the site remembers that choice in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. Nothing else is stored.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you or to fix a guide. We keep them only as long as we need to for that, and we never add you to a mailing list.
Affiliate links and partner sites
When you click a link to a booking partner (such as Klook), you go to the partner's own website. From that point the partner's privacy policy and cookies apply. The partner uses its cookies to know that a booking came from us.
We receive only summary reports from partners: numbers of clicks, bookings and commission. We never receive your name, contact details or payment information. More about how this works: affiliate disclosure.
Where data is processed
Cloudflare runs a global network, so technical data may be processed outside Indonesia. Cloudflare provides safeguards for these transfers.
How long we keep data
We keep emails only as long as we need them to answer you or fix a guide. Analytics are aggregated statistics that don't identify you. Session storage in your browser clears when you close the tab.
Your rights
Under the UU PDP, and the GDPR if you are in the EU or the UK, you have the right to:
- get information about, and access to, your personal data,
- have it corrected,
- have it deleted,
- withdraw your consent,
- object to, or limit, how it is processed.

Write to hello@ohmypark.com and we'll answer as quickly as we can. You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
Children
Oh My Park is meant for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect children's personal data.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
